Thursday, June 28, 2012 CAMPUS USA Credit Union will celebrate the passing of $1 million in donations to Children’s Miracle Network at Shands Hospital for Children at the University of Florida. Shands HealthCare CEO, Tim Goldfarb, and president and CEO of CAMPUS USA Credit Union, Larry Scott, will make a formal presentation at 11 a.m. at Shands at UF, 1st Floor, Pediatric Surgical Waiting Area.
A celebration reception with refreshments will follow in the Founder’s Gallery.
$1 million has been raised by the CAMPUS USA Credit Union Children’s Miracle Network VISA Platinum Card since its inception in 1999. Currently, more than 6,000 CAMPUS USA Credit Union members carry the Children’s Miracle Network VISA Platinum Card. Every time a purchase is made using the CAMPUS USA Credit Union Children’s Miracle Network VISA Platinum, the credit union contributes a percentage of the interchange fee to Children’s Miracle Network in Gainesville, Florida.
