Citrix Configuration

Adding Accounts

  1. Launch Citrix Receiver App
  2. Select “Add Account”
    Pediatrics Portal

    1. Address: https://remote.peds.ufl.edu and select “Next”
    2. Description: Pediatrics Portal
    3. Username: Your Gatorlink Username
    4. Password: Your Gatorlink Password
    5. Domain: ufad
    Shands Epic

    1. Address: https://mycitrix.shands.org and select “Next”
    2. Description: Shands Epic
    3. Username: Your Epic Username
    4. Password: Your Epic Password
    5. Domain: shands
    6. Security Token: OFF
  3. To add a shortcut of a module, tap the Star next to the module and select “Add Favorite”
  4. After you have added your first account, Pediatrics or Shands, you can now add the second.
  5. Tap the “Settings” tab on the right side of the screen
  6. Select “Accounts”
  7. Tap the “+” symbol in the top right
  8. Go back and repeat step 3 for second account

Switching Accounts

When launching Citrix from the home screen it will log in to the last account accessed.  If you need to switch to the other account follow the below step.

  1. Tap the “Apps” tab on the right side of the screen.
  2. Choose “Logoff” in the top left.
  3. Select the account you would now like to sign in to.
  4. Enter credentials for the account.
