Promoting positive behavior in children during COVID-19 crisis

Many parents are noticing changes in their children’s behavior during the COVID-19 crisis. Dr. Melanie Nelson, a UF Health psychologist, discusses how getting back into a routine and spending just five to 10 minutes of focused interaction with children can lead to improvement in behavior.
